Digital Notice. Evo Platform is a fully digital educational product. All purchases provide immediate online access to platform content and features. No physical goods are shipped.

1) Scope and General Principle

This policy applies to all purchases of digital products, memberships, and educational software made through the Evo Platform’s websites and/or apps.

General Rule: Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access granted, purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided or content has been consumed, except as explicitly stated in this policy or where required by applicable law.

2) Exceptions That Qualify for Refund

We may issue a refund under the following verified circumstances:

  • Accidental duplicate purchase of the same product or plan.
  • Erroneous charge (incorrect amount or currency) caused by the platform.
  • Proven unauthorized transaction (verified case of fraud) as confirmed by our team.
  • Technical inability to access content attributable to the platform, unresolved by support within a reasonable timeframe (up to 72 hours from your notice and cooperation).
  • Clear error in price or description.

In all cases, Evo Platform reserves the right to revoke access to any refunded product, course, or plan once the refund has been processed.

3) Subscriptions, Renewals, and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard to prevent future charges.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used periods.
To avoid your next charge, we recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
After canceling, you will receive a confirmation email and retain access until your current billing cycle ends.

4) How to Request a Refund (When Applicable)

Send an email to finance@evoplatform.online with:

  • Subject: “Refund Request”
  • Full name and account email
  • Order ID (or date and amount of purchase)
  • A brief description of the reason, and if applicable, supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots or error messages)

Our team will review your case and respond within 3 to 5 business days.

5) Refund Method, Timing, and Currency

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Processing times depend on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days after confirmation).
Currency conversion fees, banking charges, or third-party platform commissions are non-refundable if not caused by Evo Platform.

6) Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback; most issues can be resolved faster through support.
If a chargeback is initiated, your access to the platform may be temporarily suspended during the investigation. We may submit invoices, access logs, and transaction records to the payment processor to clarify the situation.

7) Local and Legal Provisions

Where applicable consumer laws grant additional cancellation or refund rights (e.g., in your country or region), Evo Platform will comply with those requirements and conditions, particularly concerning digital content for which you have expressly consented to immediate access.
