Digital Notice. Evo Platform is an entirely digital educational product. All purchases provide immediate online access to platform content and features. No physical goods are shipped.

Language Notice. This document is provided in Spanish. If translated, the Spanish version shall prevail.

Evo Platform provides digital products, memberships, and educational software through its online learning platform. Access to all content is granted via authenticated user accounts on our websites and/or apps.

2) Scope

Account & Contact: name, email, hashed password, country/region, language, plan or role.
Transactions: products purchased, amounts, currency, timestamps, billing data, and (if returned by the payment processor) the last 4 digits and brand of the payment card.
Payments: processing is handled exclusively by audited third-party payment providers. Evo Platform does not store full card numbers, CVC codes, or bank credentials on its servers.
Usage & Device: IP address, device/browser type, visited pages/features, session events, approximate location, and referrer URLs—collected via cookies, pixels, or similar technologies.
Support & Communications: messages you send to support (email/SMS) and communication preferences.
Compliance Signals: basic verifications to prevent fraud, abuse, or policy violations (e.g., repeated chargeback risk).

4) Purpose & Legal Basis

We use your data to:

  • Provide the service: create/manage accounts, grant digital access, and deliver educational features (Contract performance).
  • Process payments & billing: manage orders, invoices, taxes, and receipts via approved payment providers (Contract performance / Legal obligation).
