Digital Notice. Evo Platform is a fully digital educational product. All purchases provide online access within the platform. No physical shipments are made.

1) Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to the delivery of memberships, courses, content, and features accessible within the Evo Platform after payment confirmation.

2) When Is Delivery Considered “Completed”?

Digital delivery is deemed completed when:

  • Access is activated in your platform account; and/or
  • A confirmation email with access instructions is sent.

Our system records (logs) and confirmation emails serve as proof of digital delivery.

3) Activation Times

Immediate access: typically within minutes after payment approval.
If you do not see access within 24 hours, please email finance@evoplatform.online with your order ID.

4) How to Access Your Content

Log in to your Evo Platform account.
You’ll see your active plans and available learning modules.
If it’s your first purchase, you’ll receive a welcome email with login and/or password reset instructions.

5) Minimum Technical Requirements
  • Stable internet connection.
  • Updated browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge).
  • For the app, the minimum OS version indicated in the relevant app store.
6) Access Issues

If you can’t access your content:

  • Check your confirmation email (including spam folder).
  • Try resetting your password.
  • Contact finance@evoplatform.online with screenshots, your account email, and order ID.

If the issue is attributable to the platform and not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, the terms of the Refund Policy will apply.

7) Verification & Security

To prevent fraud or misuse, we may implement:

  • Identity or payment method verification.
  • Device or simultaneous session limits.
  • Temporary blocks in case of unusual activity (you’ll be notified by email).
8) Content & Availability

Some courses or modules may be updated or replaced with newer versions to enhance your experience.
Scheduled maintenance may occur (we’ll aim for low-traffic hours).
We’ll notify you via email or inside the platform when major changes occur.

9) Ownership & Usage

Access is personal and non-transferable. It does not grant reproduction or distribution rights over the content.
Use of the service is governed by the Terms of Service.
